lol yea def you should meet up with me and luke c from the middles at the arnold thats gonna be one of the best shows ill have ever been to! im not big and happy yet, got a little too sloppy eating to much so im cycling a keto diet for a few weeks or so. it sucks bein a natty haha damnit

yea right bro you were the one with great conditioning you looked sick! you were much drier than evelio. you def could of had it or got second overall i wanna get my natty pro card in the WNBF you cant even take 6 oxo though so that sux i think i've got a good start though and could tear it up in the natty pros in maybe a year or so how about you! what happened after the nats andre said you got sick or something... : (

lol well there will be more chances. im trying to get sponsored by EFX natural freak right now and if i get it hopefully ill be out there sometime to shoot for them and we could do one or something too. whos knows im goin to atlanta next spring for school hopefully and will compete there so maybe we'll get a chance there too...
