Overall Goal:  I have an overall goal of 10% Body fat. Four years ago my body fat percentage was 49% a little over a month ago it was 18% - today 14.5% BF - the loose skin is decieving thats an entire other issue I have to deal with but wont until im 10% bf. I HAVE

Fit Status:  Down to 14.5% BF - I think I can achieve the six pack I am chasing. I am down over a100 pounds and even more important Im down 35% BF

How I Started:
I was always pretty athletic - went to hell in my 30's - I was so miserable, and out of shape it hurt to walk. But i could easily lose 50 or 60 plus in my thirties, stopped trying at 39 and ballooned to 295 probably more as you can imagine i wasn't to motivated to weigh myself
Why I Love It:
I am totally addicted to fitness, weight training, bring on the challenge. I re-discovered my competitive side. What better battle is there to win - You against You! We all have to fight that one every day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Goal setting, Dreaming, changing my workouts, having fun with it, and when it makes you feel good, look good, you want more of it.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 105 pounds plus, took body fat % from 49% to 14.5% current with a new goal of 10% body fat.

Thank you! That's great progress man! Congrats! Check out my workout journal when you get a chance, I got it all there, my diet and routine. I try my best to fill it out as much as possible. Right now my macros are at about 45p\40c\15f..Roughly..I got to sit down and really count. i am a major ecto, so I do eat a lot! I do not carb cycle.
