How I Started:
I was always skinny my whole life. I wanted to gain mass and figured to use weightlifting as my means.
Why I Love It:
Love the pumps and the end result at the end of the month. Month after month.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have always had a positive attitude. My motivation comes naturally. I have made gains in the past year without reaching any plateaus. What motivates me more is not to reach a stalemate but to keep gaining no matter what.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 325 lbs. after 10 months of lifting from barely being able to bench 95 lbs. once. This is strict bring the bar all the way down. Pause and then press upwards all the way to a full locking position. Not the Half ass way most guys in the gym bench. You know who you guys are. 6000 lbs on the bench but only going half way down with tons of noise behind you to lift that silly weight 3 inches.

One Year later. Did a few cycles of Superdrol and Dbol. PCT with Testify. Celltech Hardcore, 11 meals a day. Mens Vitamin. Aminofuel2k. Carbslam. Lots of Raw red meat fish. Tons of Primeribs and steaks.
