If you follow Body for Life and eat the 5 to 6 small, hi protein, lo carb, lo fat meals they want you to per day and lift weights 3 times a week as well as do cardio 3 times per week you will probably be amazed at the results you will get. I know I was. I am here if you want to bounce questions off of me or just shoot the breeze. I would like nothing more than to see you have a fantastic transformation.
If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life.
