I often don't. Then I know I've done something wrong. I try not to lift when I really don't feel like lifting. I try changing when I feel like changing and I try to push it when I really feel like pushing it.

I know it sounds weird but shaving your body hair and injecting testicle shrinking substances into your butt actually makes you less of a man.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lots of them, but rotator cuff impingements, torn ham, torn lateral head of gastroc, and then herniated discs have been the worst. The disc problem is the big one, but the torn ham and calf have definitely not been nice either. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
imbalances...not their form, it's their imbalanced physique.
So, for the last 2 or 3 weeks I've been doing a lot more volume work and relatively no heavy work. This week I think I'll start heavy again. This constant cycling is what not only keeps it exciting but also primes you for development. You've got to keep your numbers well in check...
Ha ha! I doubt you're ignorant, considering you're a personal trainer. But as far as your aversion to being a pussy? That's in all of us. We're called men ;-] I think my personal downfall is that even though I push myself hard, I baby my joints and muscles. So maybe I don't go far enough. Oh, well. I might try injuring myself once in a while to keep me humble ;-] Cheers!
Well it looks as though athleticism suits you, you have a nice narrow waist. Myself.. coming to terms that I don't have the perfect hourglass shape.. LOL! Will be working hard on legs, back, shoulders.
I think the path of nurture usually works for a lot of people, they just think otherwise. But thats probably society for you.. forced to do most things they think they have to force their body into being healthy and lean. Hows training btw? You've got an excellent build.
I like your view on eating and digestion. I usually get a bit tired after eating so i don't eat all that often and do better on 3 meals per day. You seem to have a very holistic approach to dieting and training :D
