I often don't. Then I know I've done something wrong. I try not to lift when I really don't feel like lifting. I try changing when I feel like changing and I try to push it when I really feel like pushing it.

It's weird but shaving your body hair and injecting testicle shrinking substances into your butt actually makes you less of a man.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lots of them, but rotator cuff impingements, torn ham, torn lateral head of gastroc, and then herniated discs have been the worst. The disc problem is the big one, but the torn ham and calf have definitely not been nice either. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
imbalances...not their form, it's their imbalanced physique.
I think I got up 9 times. No sleep for the hungry. Anyway, I'm crushin this raw vegan diet like it's nobody's business. It's costing me about $80 a day-but for learning purposes, I"m willing to accept that. At the moment, I'm trying to develop a base program(a control, in...
I was told that when fruit is eaten at night (before bedtime) it sits and ferments?? not true? i'm still doing my research. P90X is an at home training plan. Very intense and incredible!!
Check it out here: http://www.fitnfabulouswithcoa chmalyn da.com
and also search it out on YouTube. the infomercials say alot ;))
keep up the great work!
Hey mate. Looking great! LOL. And I agree 100% with your signature line! Shaving bodyhair is so unmanly but fortunately or unfortunately for me, do not have too much body hair, but what i have, i am keeping! hehe.
Peace bro.
Hi!
and thanks for the reply :)
I have spent a few months 100% Raw. Have been Vegan for a year now but am adding egg-whites, whey and little fish to my diet. I haven't been focusing on living a Raw lifestyle since starting the P90X program... I just don't know how the two go hand in hand. I eat as much Raw between meals though... and not in the evenings (as i don't want any fermentation going on ;))
Thanks for your time!!
Hi Rawlife! Question, are you living a high Raw-100% Raw lifestyle while maintaining muscle mass? I'm a High-Raw/Vegan and am needing some advice. Is it possible to gain muscle with such a lifestyle? Thank you!

I guess by your user name you are a rawfoodist? I did the vegan version for about 3years, it was a great way to kick start fatloss and remove all processed foods from my life. You look great, keep it up :)
Believe it or not Paul, there always seems to be another white whale on the horizon right after I think I have killed off the last one. I guess that means that I have to be vigilant and never let my body get out of shape.
How about you, any sightings on your horizon?
yeah I dunno man, like I said, it's really hard on me to eat so much fruit at a time...even by itself, but like I said, if it's making your body happy, more power to you
how can you possibly eat enough fruit in a day to get a sufficient calorie intake? if I eat more than a couple apples at a time, I feel sick...and that's less than 300 calories! but, hey if it's workin for you, that's what's important, right? fasting is the best thing I've ever gotten into; my digestion is definitely better because of it
