Beat up some legs yesterday

Finally did a pretty good heavy leg workout after about a 3 week down period. Of course, "heavy" doesn't mean heavy heavy any longer, but I was in my heavy rep range anyway. I feel pretty confident anyway that I can pull a 315 dead and I'm pretty happy with that for right now. I haven't gone back to heavy squatting yet and I don't think I will for a while; heavy deads will keep me satisfied for a good long time I think. Instead, I am really focusing on getting my overhead squats deep with good form....neither of which I can do right now. My saturday training partner, a former client,...

This is a concept that comes hard to me. I know it comes hard to others as well, as I speak with them about it all day at work. It's this idea that we have to give to get. It's hard when it comes to ourselves though. Maybe we're not so selfish afterall? I'd say that probably 7 out of 10 of my female clients eat too little and too junky to lose weight.
