How I Started:
I was bored with where I was and what I was doing. A couple people I work with went to the gym and they would ask me if I wanted to come. I started going and I haven't been able to stop.
Why I Love It:
The looks, it's the "I want that" looks from passing girls. I can't seam to get enough of that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't want to loose what I already have. I'm stronger now than I have ever been.
BB Accomplishments:
I broke my hand in May and I had to start all over. After the cast was removed I was only able to bench "90". now only a couple months later I am able to bench almost triple that

I want to increase my deadlift by 100 pounds, getting to 410 by the end of summer. I want to bench 300 by the end of this year. I want to run 2.5 miles in 13-14 min.
