How I Started:
After many years of wanting to have a solid thick muscle build I said "Shit, I just need to workout and do it".
Only me and my cousin are serious about working out!
Why I Love It:
The overall health aspect of it. That's very important plus its always been a dream to be a solid thick muscular man.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking with other men and women who are serious about overall health and bodybuilding.

None. I'm not trying to compete. Just become more built and cut up for me :)

I want to gain another 15 lbs of muscle by May if possible. If not anytime before July.
Goal (Long):
I'm currently at 200lbs and working to get to 220-225. Then I'll work on doing more cardio to cut some of the fat and become more defined.
I'm looking for those who will provide tips and support to obtain my goals.
I'm not trying to compete but just look good for myself.

go to one in jersey. its not that bad in terms of equipment i guess. but it's too many machines and not enough freeweights. great if you're trying to get that beach body but not enough if you're trying to do just about anything past that.
