my abs pop the most when my diet is perfect. i train em about every 2-3 daysand try to hit my stomach from all angles (like you would any other body part) which is usually about 4 different exercises @ 3 sets ea and i aim for about 400 total movements so i'm usually in the 20-40 rep range depending on the difficulty of the exercise... if you want me to learn ya some more pm me

gettin roudy. back on track now! eating everything in sight and tryin out the 5x5 program from this site. it's basically 3 full body workouts a week utilizing all compound exercises. the goal is to focus on strength for a while, then get back into a 5 day split with my new strength and work on really developing my body all around. i'd like to be bigger and leaner next year at this time. how are you though?

thanks man i appreciate it. for cardio, i keep it pretty simple and just jump rope, i also have a bike that i ride around so that keep me burnin. good luck with that 6 pack! remember it takes a lot of good food to build a 6 pack, because their muscles too just like your chest and arms, feed em and train hard boyyyy!

thank you, i agree! i had a goal of 200 lbs but i quickly realized that weight means nothing. i went from 180 to 191 and then now at 183-185 all the while seeing no noticeable differences in my body. so my new goal is simple, eat clean, lift hard, 16" arms, 16" calves, 31" waist, and 25" legs. all while trying maintain around 7% bf. whether i meet these goals at 200 lbs or at 180 lbs i don't think it matters. my goal is size, endurance, health, and fun.

hey man! i'm so bad at replying, but i really appreciate the words of encouragement. i love reading your blogs about marathons, i can't run so much because i've got two really bad knees. but i truely wish i possessed the physical stamina you have to do all those. keep it up!
