so first blog. tight. i remember when i was first trying to eat clean i was so confused. however, i feel like i've got my nutrition dialed just right for my body. i'm going to post a sample of what i ate today, it's all very basic stuff. i've found with a diet like this day in and day out...
Hey there, Rawbin. If I were in 1/2 as good of shape as you're in, my times would be a WHOLE lot better! :) Bad left knee, myself. Hence my taking up race walking. No stress on the knees, though the gate looks darn funny from the rear. LOL
I know what you mean! My first attempt a couple of years ago appeared to be going well, but then realised I was carrying a lot of fat instead. Hopefully this time will be better for me too! Also thanks for the reply, you're the first.

honestly, my diet is not clean. rather dirty, really. i'm trying to build lean defined muscle mass. @ 6'2" it would take tremendous muscle mass to go truly diesel. i'm really trying for more of a lean look. i'd knock someone down a flight of stairs to get your kind of definition, brother. but I do like my wine, so it may take some time. i used to jump rope for cardio. now i'm doing elliptical. goal is to get shredded. how long have you been at it man?
U and the roomate are both impressive.. but.. i think Rawbin wins in the ab dept ;)

Hav you ever thought about getting your nips pierced, man? I had mine done, and it is great. They are way more sensitive, etc.
