Hey Rawbin, things are going well, thanks for asking. Working on my "final frontier" known as my abs, or actually my lack of them. Making progress though. Your abs are looking mint; any secrets or tips you can share? I'd appreciate it. You talk about symmetry. i think your 2 progress pics on Aug. 20 show that great. These pics are flawless. Very excellent work, bro.

doing well, thanks. Getting more time in training now that I'm home on my sabbatical ... and working on losing the weight I put when on the road. The add-on wasn't that bad this time. Lots of hiking in 90+ degree weather with 30+ lbs of camera and computer gear on my back :) I'd get back to the hotel sweating like a pig! LOL
