When I Started:
1989
How I Started:
I always had an affinity to physical fitness due to my love of Bruce Lee. But after being a victim of violence I decided to never be a defenseless victim again!I was a high school junior at the time. After that event,I was at my locker and I looked down the hall and saw one of the more popular guys in school at his locker. He played football and I noticed after the last 3 years together in the same graduating class that he was getting bigger,SUDDENLY and I went right up to him and asked him what he was doing! He said he was taking Joe wieder weight gainer and hitting the weights as most football players do. He later told me like a year later that he had done steroids; But by that time I had followed his advice to a "T" and Over the next summer(prior to my senior year) I had put on nearly 20 lbs.,some fat, some muscle but well over that in confidence. My face began to fill out more and my features began to "fill in" and the ladies began to notice me more; which gave me another incentive to continue working out,of course! :)Another guy on the football team REALLY took an interest in me before that summer though and he actually trained me! He showed me what intensity was and how I had to be TENACIOUS at pushing past pain to become stronger and bigger! If I ever go to one of my class reunions, I hope he's there,so I can thank him! From then on,through peaks and valleys,on and off again training, I've always come back to the gym! My place of solace,Then and now, because unlike people, The IRON stays the same. It was there for me then and it's still here for me now!Peace
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding and working out allowed me to reinvent myself into the man I always saw myself as: Strong,R.A.W=ready and willing, mentally tough/driven,capable,confident; I like the comradarie amongst the serious gym rats! I also like the fact that I stand out and apart from the average and who doesn't like feeling and sensing that others feel you are attractive through the way you've built your body?!
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes I focus on someone in the gym and say to myself,I have to meet and beat his intensity today. Other times it's a comment I may overhear a female say about someone in a magazine other times it's guilt for not training that spurs me suddenly. A problem with an antagonistic person really sets me off! Personal goals such as a certain look, a strength feat or both. Bodyspace is motivation in itself because I want to show progress and not stagnate!Another factor that keeps me inspired is my daughter. I had her in my mid 30s and I'll probably be older than most dads of kids her age and I want to be vibrant and young looking and able to do everything these other dads can do and better!Kids can be cruel and I don't want some kid to say to my daughter,"UHHH, U got an OLD DADDY!hahaha!" Plus I want to lead her by example, into a healthy, exercise injected lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing that I feel worthy to put in this space currently! I want to be a fitness model and grace a few pages in a few magazines and finally train others to realize their own reinvention!

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It has everything I need to work the specific muscles that I'm training day in and out. Pros: equipment, motivation opportunities(feeding off others ambition and enthusiasm or their jealousy), music I like to here.Comradarie anongst the real and usually someone is nice enough to give a spot or there are machines that simulate free weights well that u don't need a spotter for.Cons:Haters and equipment being hogged. It has everything I need to work the specific muscles that I'm training day in and out. What you been up to?
You haven't said a word and I was thinking, "He's either still in there or something strange has happened because, to just stop doesn't really go well with your name". Well, it doesn't hurt that someone just made fun of my "crisco costumes to muscle suits" line either.
please tell me both your parents had bad genetics, cause i am really going to lose hope in having a body like your when i turn 36. i am just going to hope that it really falls back on hard work
Thanks for the compliment G. I am trying-I know there is still alot more that needs to be done, especially in the abdominal area. But, you know how we do it--just gotta keep it moving and "gotta let em know!" See ya.
I almost thought the same thing until I took it one day when I was depressed and there it was. I knew what you were talking about right at that moment so it might have to do with hormonal fluctuations. At any rate, back to prime, you probably will get a lot out of it and make a number of board members envious, jealous, and accuse you of using illegals. I know I feel great while on the stuff though.
Damn, thats a lot of messages.
However, you'll probably see something out of it if you decide on taking it but I'd get at least 2 months worth. I say that because you raved about 17HD but most of the reviews and people on it say its absolute garbage.
You asked about prime. Hhhmmm, I like it despite all the negative press it gets on this board. However, the only reason they might have a point is due in part to the dosing. Yeah, you have to take more than what the bottle says most of the time to get anything out of it. I'm still using it and think its great. I will say its a sleeper supplement I tell you that.
Ha ha, I've been alright. Strength is good, gains are pretty cool I guess training consistent, diet is like almost perfect. I was wondering what had happened to you? Out of internet? Man, that has got to be torture.
