It's a lifestyle that rewards you 24/7 wherever you go.
How I Stay Motivated:
Information. For whatever reason, going and reading some article or watching some training DVD really keeps me involved with it. I also like doing 12-week transformations where I have 12 weeks to acheive some goal, such as a desired bodyfat level. Getting a FLEX or Muscle and Fitness magazine can also be motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
I am non-competitive.
Since bodybuilding I have lost 11% Bodyfat (25% -> 14%) and ~30 pounds (240 -> 210).

This was taken about 3.5 weeks into my program. Of course, like an idiot, I didn't take a picture at the beginning like I should have, so I can't see what the 11 Lbs. i had lost at this point looked like.
I've lost a lot of fat thanks to bodybuilding. Now I want to go all the way and hit 10% or lower. After that, I plan on continuously clean bulking and slow cutting in an upward spiral.
I am in an interim period at the moment. I am planning to get back on track with a 5 day per week program consisting of an hour weightlift followed by 30-45 minutes of LISS cardio. Each bodypart gets hit once a week.
RKO IS YOUR FAVORITE?!?! LOL! He is going down in Wrestlemania! Actually, I don't really care. I just have fun w/ it. The diet is going pretty good. Still staying high protein, low fat, med carbs. Yeah, the cardio from MMA is insane. I actually do crunches on my own so I am not dying in practice!
Yeah I've thought about hitting the local mma gym.. I need to check them out. I need to be sure it's a gym that STARTED out with MMA and not one who simply jumped on the band wagon when it got popular... lol
Good form is well and good, but its not essential. Haha, even Arnold talked about sacrificing form. But anyway, you were probably just really fatiguing the muscle to early. 45 reps at 1 exercise then 45 at another... after months of doing that you have to change it up. Good luck man.
Definitely man. 15 Reps is getting into the muscular endurance area. I used to do what you were doing and there is nothing wrong with it. I think you have just worn down, so now its time to build up. Try the 8-12 rep range and then the 6-8 rep range for a few weeks. But don't take the sets to failure.
