How I Started:
I started working out at home, because I was just tired of being the small guy. I joined a legit gym somewhere around 2000.
Why I Love It:
I love working out period, that's a good enough reason. It increases your physical fitness. It raises your self esteem. It allows you to meet folks that otherwise you wuold have nothing in common with.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everytime some one says 'big guy', or asks 'What your routine is' You know that they see your work. That's motivation to continue doing what you are doing.
BB Accomplishments:
None, although I take this seriously, it's still a recreational activity.
