Background
I started working out around the age of 15, nothing serious though just doing countless amounts of repetitions on the same muscle groups, so at the time i was un educated and unaware of the effects of exercise on the body. It has only been over the last few years ive sunk my teeth into progressive and effective training splits and become more and more educated in bodybuilding.
I love body building because of the changes and adaptions it places upon the body, only a quality workout can leave me 100% satisfied.
