How I Started:
I want to shape my body into the perfect physique, physical perfection, as if god himself plucked me from the earth and hand carved my body! I have tried a number of times to get into working out and have always failed due to other commitments cropping up, but now I am dedicated to making training my lifestyle rather than an extra activity.
Why I Love It:
Gives me energy and i love the feeling of being lean.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am naturally a self-driven and motivated person but when I need an extra boost i look at the pics of other people on this site :P
