My WNBF pro show was cancelled and so I decided to do this big show instead. Traveled 5 hrs to Va. and after a long hard battle on stage I came out on top! I come in the great condition with a bit less size than when I won my WNBF card. Nevertheless, came home with a cup! |

Finally put conditioning and size together with the help of Mr. Yarnall and his protocol. Magical day! My best conditioning all time! Won the Overall and my Pro Card! |

Competed in the Men's Open Lightweight and came in 1st. Started to learn about "spilling" and met Craig Yarnall who told gave me constructive criticism on posing and "spilling." |

Won the Novice Middleweight and Overall!!! Glad I kept going with the training. Finally, conditioning and size coming together. Had a great time with this show- the promoter was great, my parents were present to watch me victorious! Also, met a lot of competitors and received a lot of encouragement to continue. |

This time I still lost a lot of muscle dieting, but better experience. My tan was on! My posing...ugh.
Great experience-improved in keeping muscle. Funny, I wanted to cry after finishing 2nd again! |

1st Contest- entered Novice lightweight and finished 2nd. Needless to say I was a 3rd year medical student. This was a major accomplishment in my life as I had made it a goal to compete while in Medical School.
Great learning experience: 1st time shaving, tanning, posing, low carbs!! I lost a lot of muscle in the process of dieting.....I knew I had potential to improve. |
