How I Started:
i got started because of my brother-in-law. he always asked me to spot him and always told me to lift and he taught me some stuff and he showed me his arms and abs andi was in awe. after that,ive been trainin.
Why I Love It:
i love bodybuilding because of the attention you get from anyone and the respect that you deserve and get and its just amazing to watch ur body change and transform.
How I Stay Motivated:
i listen to my music that pumps me up and read the magazines like md,mf,and flex magazine. and i watch videos on bodybuilding and milos sarcev inspires me.

Goal (Long):
all my life ive been wanting to look like the guys on the cover of muscle and fitness and muscle mag.my concern is strength a little bit, but my main strive is bodybuilding.i dont want to be an average joe.currrently im about 142 pounds and i look OK. bu thats not all i want, i want to stand out of a crowd and people to look at me differently at the grocery store and stuff. so i want to slowly by slowly gain inches on my arms about 3 inches by the time im 17. .i plan on taking anator p70 and myozene as early as i can start and find a way to take it.!!!!! or if there any more supplements you guys recommend ill look em up !!!
just the basics. alot of the things claiming to give you great gains arent anything special, which ive found out the hard way. i do best with just protein(dymatize elite, ON), creatine (storm, cellmass, sizeon), and a good preworkout supp (RPM, no explode, purple wraath). those are what have given me muscle gains. still use amino acids, EFAs, multi, etc
