Background
I have worked out on and off my whole life but 2010 march we were skiing and man, in a few pictures I had some serious fat rolls going on around my middle. When we got back to Houston I visited a nutritionist and really got on the right track with my diet. The workout is important but DIET is king!
I really like being healthy. I like the image looking back out at me in the mirror, it is great to inspire others to reach their BB goals.

In these 11 weeks I have continuously gotten stronger and lost huge amounts of fat. I have not checked my BF in while but I would bet a dollar it is in the single digits.
I used the Institute of Eating Mgt. here in Houston for two visits a few months ago and they gave me a very nice eating plan.
I have done almost zero cardio as I can’t see I really need it to accomplish my goals. The fat is disappearing and I am gaining muscle and strength. If my results begin to plateau whether in body or strength I will change up my workout or begin to add cardio if my BF loss begins to slow down. But so far so good.
I absolutely LOVE looking in the mirror now days. It is a wonderful thing to see these fantastic changes develop over time. On another note: I signed my wife up for her gym membership today. So fitness wise it has been a GREAT day so far.
193 pounds shredded and super strong...man life is GOOD right now. :-)
