How I Started:
I was eating horribly, out of shape and started to believe that I was too old to get into shape. It sounds stupid, but that guy that did the Bowflex comercials was pretty inspirational - he kept saying he was 39 and in the best shape of his life. I'll never put the time in to look like that, but it made rethink what I could do.

I'm the same age and while I do pretty good at the gym and I look better than most of my peers (bf, physique, etc), I am guilty of some of the sins reteidxx mentions like doing a set then shooting bull for 5 minutes, not always giving it 100% when I go to the gym, stuff like that. So he talks about this stuff in no uncertain terms and calls you out on it - no excuses. I like that.
