What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
they want to over excell, and dat is a good thing.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?

If you do take the fat burner, I would use hydroxycut hardcore or six stars fat burner. I am using six stars to try it out it is cheap. hydroxycut will run you about $60 or so. It will help you get cut. I have problems will the love handles so that is why i use it
