Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?

If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I buy small, 3"x2.5" notebooks at Riteaid. Each page is just enough to hold shorthand notes for reps, weight, and maybe a few comments. Hey Rasppdx how are your workouts going. Remeber to gain size you have to make sure your lifting heavy and eating enough calories, with a big focus on protein. Being taller we have to take in even more calories to see results, and have a fast metabolism definately doesn't help. Keep working hard at it and you will get the size you want plus more.
