I started working out in high school for football. I never really thought of doing bodybuilding. But after injury struck and I was not able to continue my dream of playing football in collage, I continued to work out because It was an outlet for my need to be physically active. And after awhile people started to ask me if I was a bodybuilder and if I competed. I had not really thought about it but after thinking about it I thought it would be a great thing for me to get into because I could once again compete in something.
Why I Love It:
I love it because bodybuilding is just like life. You have to work you butt off to get the results you want, and it’s hard, really hard. You have to have commitment, discipline and focus. And there are no short cuts. Some might think there are short cuts and use drugs and other substances, but they will pay for it in the end. There is not substitute for setting a worthy goal and doing all the things that need to be done to achieve it, and to follow it through.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being fit is part of my identity, it's part of who I am as a person. I think that keeping fit and the discipline one has to develop to stay fit will cross over into other areas of life. That's what keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
On stage non, but that will change this fall.

Let the mind control the body, not the body control the mind.
I want to be on stage at a shredded 185lb. with no week spots.
Goal (Long):
I want to be a bodybuilder with a complete body. Hams, calves, traps, forearms, rear delts. I want all the little things to be there. like a Frank Zane
he was not the biggest but WOW he had a perfect body.
Man your body is SICK !! big RIPPED muscles all over it with a nice shape ! (abs could be have a trench in the middle, but thats genetics).
Stay Strong !
I made that same mistake, you feel oompa loompa dark face to face but florescent lights are not a girl's best friend! That is too bad it put strain on her marriage. I hope she will still compete in the spring shows then! I am working on a portfolio, breaking in is so difficult though...perseverance though!
You should be strong competition in fall for sure! It will be exciting to see you on stage! So is she going to tweak a few things and do the fall shows or does she have some others lined up? What did she use for her tan?
Mountain States was a Pro qualifier, I emailed Blair to see what exactly is entailed in that so I can move forward. How is training going? How is your sis feeling after the competition?
Hey thanks! Your sis is definitely going to be a force to reckon with! Gorgeous AND an amazing body! Plus, she is super nice too! Well, hopefully we will see you on stage in October!
Yes I am...about a week out! Then going to take some time off and shoot for some improvements for the fall shows too! Well you look incredible now...You will do amazing at the fall shows!
