Back in regular routine now and am psyched!! So psyched my wife came and got me in our weightroom the other night and told me I had been in there for 3 hours!!! I think I went to the extreme..Now I have to get in as good as shape as I can for going to the lake with my shirt off..

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Find one of my favorite CD's, crank up the tunes, check out the BB.com website at some of the guys that inspire me and tell myself, one day you'll be there..

Yeah, I got the tat when I was 19, 2 years ago. It doesn't fit my personality anymore. The doc says it's a beautiful tattoo though... she then proceeded to laser it :)
