CKD to get shredded

Today im starting my CKD dieting which is just in time since I have a weigh in tomorrow afternoon and im currently 5lbs overweight for my height. 


I had pork chops with onions for dinner and cocoa almonds w/ peanut butter for dessert.


Im moving this weekend so this will be tough to summon the energy to move all the boxes and furniture while depleting carbs. I might have to do an early cheat if I cant manage to move my own furniture...
