Good work! what do you do to train...eather of you have any "Official" training of any sort. What do you do for drills etc? I am always looking for new ideas!
ya, i'm totally addicted to motocross. I haven't ridden since June '07 though. its hard to hang up my boots. But lifting is definitely taking over my life. haha
hey thank you for saying i inspire you! that means alot! competing is hard work, but its so much fun and so worth it, it doesnt even matter in the end where you place! everyone who trains hard and diets for the show is a winner! maybe i will see you there then! the names james, keep lifting that heavy iron man!
Your back and shoulder development is very impressive! Especially since you started out just working at home - it proves you don't need a lot of fancy equipment to get the job done. Good luck in reaching your goals!
