mizthia11 pretty good, considering i started like 5 weeks ago and slacked off damn near 7 days totla, so yea Im happy. Got like 6 1/2 weeks left so i know its just gona get better. hated changing my food, but with cheat meals once a week, im good now. so overall im happy. thanks Jun 2, 2012 7:13pm

MuscleArt39 Progress is going well, man. Our city has an annual full marathon (26 mile run) that I will be participating in in October. I've only run a 25K (15.5 miles) before so this will be a stretch for me. May 15, 2012 11:07am

mrkingsr10 Yeah I got on here after the wife got us started on a new program. Good luck with the bulking up, it ain't too hard! I'm trying to go the other way and get leaner. I bulked up a few years ago on CellTech and NitroTech but then I got hurt and it just turned to water weight. I went from 205 to about 230 in 3 months when I did it... May 5, 2012 8:43am

rednek09 Man, really all I know to do is squats, deads and eat. You can try half rep leg press, I've heard a lot of good things about them. It's where you lower it half way press back up then lower it all the way and thats counted as one rep. It's intense but it definitely works. You could also try Dorian Yates' style of training. Find a weight that you can only rep 8 times and the 8th rep should achieve muscle failure. May 4, 2012 3:40pm
