Before working out i was skinny and use to be about 30pounds overweight before this picture

Cutting is working well as well as focusing on weak points but still a ways to go

Went down in bodyfat from 20% plus to 11.4% putting on about 20 pounds of muscle in the process, bench in 9thgrade of highschool was 85 pounds senior year is about 250now

Taken near the start of college, on a slow gain after cutting for most of summer. gained definition but lost some muscle mass
