I want to get cut while keeping my muscle improving strength
Goal (Long):
I was always the fat kid who until recently was the last pick in sports in school. I want to be in the best shape i can be in the next year, i want to be comparable to cover models for RX Fitness and eventually be like Muscle and Fitness ones. I want to jog down the beach and jsut everyone stare and be impressed by my physique. I know that i have the start i need and knowledge about weightlifting and nutrition to get this done as long as I keep my motivation high, stick to my plan, and keep doing it for myself and be inspiration to other people who were like me.
I like to do 12,10,8,6 type of workout for the multijoint lifts, becasue I gain more strength this way and get a good warmup. For isolation excercises i like to stick to 8-12 usually doing about the same number of reps throughout the set. I don't feel like it helps for me to go heavy on isolation excercises.I like to do 12,10,8,6 type of workout for the multijoint lifts, becasue I gain more strength this way and get a good warmup. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I will usually rest about 40 seconds. I like to keep the intensity going, I won't rest more than that..this keeps me pumped and focused without resting too long and thinking too much..
Best I've taken and I've tried many in the past to see if there was a difference. Has all the pre-workout ingredients you need plus the creatine. I get some good pumps while taking it.
Keep up the good work, man! I started training seriously when I was 18. I took a weight training class in college and the sky was the limit after that. Stay focused, eat well and get plenty of rest and you're going to amaze yourself with how much progress you make this year.
With Pump it depends how much of a tolerance you have for stims. Pump gets me through my workout but the energy effects have usually worn off by the time I'm done training. Pump is complete as a creatine source and NO booster with stims and antioxidants as a bonus. Peace, G
