Thanks, chest has always been my hardest bodypart to get stronger in, but finally moving into some okay numbers lol. Hows your progress coming?

I've been doing pretty good, how about you? I'm weighing in at 175, finally seeing some increase in strength again after I upped my calories and started gaining weight. I also started working at a Sports Nutrition store while I'm going to college, its helped me in nailing down the diet and what supplements to take. If, you ever have any questions in that area let me know.

I work all muscle groups once a week. Recovery is a big part of muscle gain, you need to train with enough intensity to spark the growth, but you need to recover and let it actually grow. 4 to 5 day splits seem to work best.

Yeah, actually tanning some and when I get a decent one Ill post some pics. Weight gain has defiantly slowed down. Trying to push my strength numbers and work the idea of strength and size correlate. We'll see how it goes. How ya been?

Been doing good, You? Just been trying to push the weights, strength is going up still, however, the weight gain is really slow these days, still maintaining low body fat numbers, but want to be heavier. Hoping I got the right meso/ecto mix to make this happen lol. In any case hows your progress going?

And Jesus bro, am I reading that right 300+ pds at 10% body fat? Thats insane dude, good job. I naturally walk around at 6%, but having that size and that low of a bf% is incredible.

Thanks for the comment all is doing well. Defiantly continuing hitting the weights hard. The weight gain has slowed down quite a bit but my strength is continuing to increase, kind of an odd thing. Hoping to make this 170, a 180-190 soon then I might look decent enough for a showing on stage.
