How I Started:
I was sick of being skinny as have been my whole life, also just want to look great and healthy, lose my unhealthy life style i picked up after leaving school... drugs, alcohol, no exercise, etc.. I use to work out a few years ago hence why my lifting and some of my measurements are pretty good for a skinny dude :)
Why I Love It:
I love how you feel when working out and how you feel after. Being pumped after a work out is the best feeling.. great for sex life too!
How I Stay Motivated:
This site actually helps alot, looking at everyone achievements helps me stay on track so i can see my own. The want to be in the best shape i can be is the main booster.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, i guess just starting is an accomplishment in itself!

Goal (Long):
I have been thinking about what i want to achieve by the 31st January 2008. This leaves me a little over 7 months to do so. If i manage this im going to reward myself with a tredmill or something cool to add to my home gym!
-I want to be able to lift these stats (!not 1
rep max but as sets in my work outs!) :
Bench 100kg
Squat 130kg
Curl 50kg
Overhead 70kg
-Be a weight of 80kg or over
-Body fat at 7%
-Playing Basketball better than i did 3 years ago including dunking again.
-Play basketball in the national university games
As of lately when i go to work out i have not been as 'pumped' as usual. I have had it rough the last month with operation and hospital visits, but when i started working out again i was getting really into it again.. But since i ran out of the no xplode, i havent been feeling as...
My work out is an A,B,C,D and Rest program. Where i do A one day,B the next,C the next, D the next, then rest..after that i then do A,B,C,D rest all over agian.
A-Chest and Triceps
B-Abs and Legs
C-Biceps and Shoulders
D-Back and forearms
Hey there, how is the workouts going? You look good. I'm on vacation right now so it has been a struggle finding a gym and eating the right foods but overall I think I am doing pretty good.
