My fitness goal is to lose 100lbs of fat within one year and gain a significant amount of muscle. (and to have a 6 pack ^^)
Goal (Long):
I've always been healthy and a sports freak throughout my life up until i was about 15 and moved to las vegas, after a divorce and the lack of my dad(the drill instructor/sports enthusiast/health freak) i took up a lazier version of games...video games, which eventually led me to be over 200lbs(regular body weight was about 165) then after having sunk to an all time low of depression and self pity i started playing an online game and not really going outside much at all(except to get food lol)...so at a whopping 278lbs i knew i had to do something and my friends were gonna help me do it(definitely couldn't of done it by myself not motivation...get a friend to help if you wanna lose weight!). a friend taught me a bit about nutrition and another how to weight lift, i fell in love with both and now i'm proud to say i've lost over 65lbs and can bench 300lbs :] my short term 1 year goal was to lose 100lbs of fat and gain some muscle, i believe i've already accomplished that so now i'm trying to at least maintain my strength now and get lean enough to where i can see my abs which'll probably be around the 180-190 club. I want to be able to also complete 10 unassisted wide-gripped chinups and be able to bench 315 at least twice unassisted as well. with full dedication and hard work i'm sure i can do this before the end of 08.
goals in short all to be accomplished by the end of 08:
*bench 300 2 times unassisted
*do 10 wide grip pull ups unassisted
*run a mile under 8 minutes
*run 2 miles under 18 minutes
*have a very visible 6 pack
*be under 190lbs
right now i'm doing a little something new, i'm trying out the intermittent fast diet to try and speed up my fat loss(plus its a lot more stress free and less time consuming)
i usually do 3-4 different exercises per body part, starting out with the first exercise being heavy 10-5 rep max...
o ya if your going to take any thing it got to be the Redline pills what it dose is boots you Gulits< spelld wrong which boots your diegestion system and make you also boots your energy
Hey bro, thanks a lot. Yes, I have tried many creatines, and so many made me feel bloated..specially Mono. I tend to stick with the CEE. I love Pump, it has increased my strength and performace tremendously and when stacked with M-Stack it's incredible! Highly recommend both. Give it a shot bro. Keep throwin up that iron!
Congratulations on your progress, sure you will get there, keep training heavy and smart to take advantage of your size and diet smart, great job and accomplisments
