Sometimes, when I look at some of the pro physique guys, I get a bit discouraged b/c I know I work just as hard as them, but I'm not on that level yet. planettamar Hi! Thanks for the request. I have a STRICT diet! I am contest dieting for the new NPC Bikini Division. Hany Rambod (The Pro Creator) is my trainer. My diet is Gluten Free, High Protein, Moderate Fat, and Low Carb. I am doing 1 hr 45 min-2 hours cardio per day and weight training. :-) I am available for online training.
