Thanks for the add! Looks like I just missed you in Germany, I hope the move went ok. Good luck with your goals! PS: I've had some good luck with minimal trouble eating a 'slow carb diet' that cuts out bread/rice/potatoes and replaces them with legumes (beans, lentils) or vegetables 6 days a week (Also called low glycemic-index diet, south beach diet is along those lines as well). It's easy because it doesn't require any portion control (within reason) or calorie counting.

Just noticed you play guitar - me too! It's an interesting combo (powerlifting and guitar), you have to be careful on what you do with your grip if you have to play guitar for more than 30 minutes straight...
