What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
partially torn rotator cuff.
It was injured badly for about 3 months. Sometimes I still feel the ache when I lift heavy.
Recovered by lifting lighter, smarter, and limiting my range of motion.

My girlfriend is my workout partner. She is great, but we train differently on any given day. We still motivate each other from across the gym :)
