My goal is to be the hop scotch champion of the world!
Goal (Long):
Short Term Goals:
1) To gain about 15 lbs of muscle mass, then cut some fat.
2) To be a little more structured with my diet and workout - and to have a well-defined purpose behind the things I do.
3) To work on my weaknesses
Okay, so I'm not brave enough to put supplements in my carry on yet. Apparently I look suspicious anyway because I've been "randomly searched" twice in the past month. Actually those were both due to last minute changes on one-way tickets, but how can they call it random when...
OMG, you were being sarcastic about the progress pictures, right? LOL!!!!! Isn't it miserably HOT and humid in Texas?? UGH, I need to get out of here! It's suffocating!!! LOL!
LOL!! That's right, I forgot about that! Are you Southern born and bred? For some reason, you strike me as the transplanted type! :P I have never been to that part of Texas before, actually. There are so many places in Texas that I haven't been to before. So many other places just seem so much more interesting, though! Hehehe!
And how did Texas treat you??! :) Did you have some good ol' Southern cooking? Some homestyle barbeque? Some delicious TexMex? :D Hehehe!!! Did you have a good time? :)
I mix 2 scoops of whey, 2 scoops of casein, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 2/3 cup of ground oats. I mix it with about 6 egg whites, and enough water to make it look like cake batter. I throw it into a loaf pan, and bake it for 30 minutes @ 350. :P It tastes decent to me but I fed it to someone else who claimed it tasted like a loaf of chemicals! LOL! So beware. ;)
Okay, that was delicious! I put the icing on a slice of my vanilla protein bread, and I felt like I was cheating! Which I was, a little. :P I used a scoop of BSN lean dessert chocolate fudge, a scoop of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 spoon of light cream cheese, and a trickling of soy milk. Maybe 2-3 spoons? I kept adding it until the texture looked right to me, and OMG, so good!!!
That is the one thing I hadn't tried with Syntha 6! In fact, I have never tried mixing a protein powder with anything other than water. Is that weird?? I think I have a mild sugar phobia. LOL!! The lactose listed on the milk's nutritional panel always scares me. I haven't had a cup of milk in perhaps... a decade or so? :P I want to try some of those others you listed, though
A very comprehensive list of protein powders!! :) LOL! But as soon as I read that you liked the taste of Syntha-6, I hesitated to read the rest of your list. LOL!!!!!!! Just kidding. ;) But seriously, I thought Syntha6 vanilla is among the WORST I have ever tried! The only worse thing that tops that is 4Ever Fruit Blast Isolate, Cran-Razz flavour. That stuff was horrible. It may be the one container of protein that I may never finish!
