Got serious and consistent with my workouts in 2002 at World Gym in Chattanooga, TN.
Why I Love It:
I love the obvious benefits of having my body in great shape. I also love the rush of growing beyond perceived limitations.
How I Stay Motivated:
Faith and health are my biggest motivators. Preparing for a contest is also a great way to stay ahead of the diet curve and keep focused.
