How I Started:
I hated my dormant life and scrawny body.
Why I Love It:
Nothing in life is certain. We are all given shitty hands at times, and we no control over it. Weightlifting is the only time I'm certain that what I do is completely under my control. When I miss a lift, I have failed, and I will come back harder next week.
And the results are great too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have an image in my head of what I want to look like, and I keep that in mind when I'm thinking of ending my cardio early.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 50 lbs in one year.
Making huge leaps in lifting for someone who has never been athletic his entire life.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Low carb/high protein. Breakfast is usually 6-8 egg whites. Lunch is either chicken breast and spinach or tuna on wheat bread. Dinner is random but I make sure to not go crazy on the carbs. I drink approx. 2 liters of water per day.
