have been running 6 miles at least once a wk and 4 to 5 three times a wk, want to do the boulder boulder in may:)

Background
I've always love muscular figures, my dad lifted a-lot when I was younger, and at the end of 08 i was very depressed and decided my body was something I could control and exercises boosted my spirits more than anything else:)
I love seeing the striations in my shoulders and the feeling I get when I'm lifting. I really don't like cardio though, I'm working on it:)
