Why I Love It:
To stay in shape. To look good for my husband and daughter. To teach others to stay in shape. To be able to sell my fitness for kids programs to schools
How I Stay Motivated:
I just get up and look in the mirror every day and realize if I stop now I might fall apart!!!! :-)

I am not a body builder. Just work out to stay in shape!

Goal (Long):
I have spent years maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I was a gymnast as a young girl, then became a personal fitness trainer. In 1997 I started Randi's Fitness for kids in which I became a PE coach for kids, a gymnastics coach for kids and started an After School Enrichment Program for kids!
I am now completing my second degree is Dietetics and have applied to graduate school to get a masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science.
My goal is to become a Registered Dietitian for kids, be involved in sports dietetics and to someday be a dietetics and nutrition professor at a University.
