How I Started:
Lifted some years ago, got out of the routine, my bad. Gained quite a bit of weight (wrong kind) all the way to 242lbs. Started running in 05 to lose the weight, decided in July 2007 to get back to weight training.
Why I Love It:
The Endorphin rush is awesome!

Turned 40 in 2007, refuse to be old and lazy!!

Well as I reflect on 2008 and the goals I had set for myself I realize I missed the mark. The transformation I had hoped for just didn't quiet make it. The summer thru the fall was very challenging from the aspects of work and family. Diet and exercise were compromised all thru those summer...
