Currently a 3-way split repeated once every 6 days. 2-3 exercises and 6-9 sets per bodypart. Exercises change every workout.

Just good old microsoft powerpoint. Simply inserted the pics on a slide and reduced the size of the pics appropriately. Then while saving, chose the option "save as jpeg".
