158lbs, 39in chest, 35in waist. This is my starting point. My first goal is to reduce my waist to 30 inches while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. It might take a while but I know it's possible because I had a 30 inch waist when I was 18.  160lbs, 40in chest, 34.5in waist Although my chest, arms and waist have improved measurement-wise, it isn't enough to be visually noticeable compared to the same photo of this pose that I took in January.
