I needed to lose weight to get blood pressure down and I did (55lbs).I also had sleep apnia and it was all do to my weight, but now that I dropped the weight no more blood pressure meds and no more sleep apnia.Doctors orders!!
Why I Love It:
The feeling on Accomplishment when I leave the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at old photos of myself and what I used to look like (FAT).
I started at 242lbs on Jan 1 08.My goal was 185 by June 08.I made it!! now all I want to do is pack on muscle and get an awsome six pack (main goal)all I have to do is keep my disipline twards my goals so far so good.I want to be at 200lbs with a 6% body fat I know it's a lot a work but I know I can do it(disipline).I also want to raise my Bench to 315 by the end of the year I'm at 205 @ 8 reps.

I want to GAIN 15 lb

6%
