I was always very thin when child and teenager, and watching Schwarzenegger and Stallone movies, I got inspiration to be muscular one day... so,I grown up, and its time to get muscles...

Well, I always wanted to be like Sylvester Stallone in First Blood movies, particularly the third movie, he wasn't very big, but, at my point of view, he had a great body balance, strength and endurance, beside a great definition.
My goal is to be the best I can be, my actual weight is 149 lb (68kg), 10% body fat, and i want to be 182lb, 88kg or something like this... with my body fat below 10% of course.
I just train as hard as I can. Hypertrophy phase I maintain 8-12 repetitions and cutting 12-15, 3 to 5 sets, 2 to 3 exercises, compound exercises manly, working the same muscular group 2 times a week, I try to lift the maximum I can, but I never lift a weight that I cannot handle with...
Thanks!! I want to put on more size also..its hard. i think i will have to increase my calories alot!! The supplements are expensive... i try to limit myself to them. But enjoy beautiful brazil, i think ima need to come there one day for the beautiful women!!
Thanks for the add and nice to see you've reached half your goals already, RIPPED you are. Keep us posted on progress. Back was fine for my two week vacation BUT 7 hour plane ride back killed it. Thank goodness for a great Chiropractor. Andre
