i wanted to start to improve my self. when i got hear i weight about 190 pounds and wanted to get in shape.
Why I Love It:
It gives me some thing to do while i am out hear and i really do enjoy it, it also gives me peace of mind
How I Stay Motivated:
well one way it body space and another are the people around me.

Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
one thing that i would like to accomplish in the next 3 months is to try to get to 180 pounds. I think that would be a great start for my self at this time.
Goal (Long):
Over the last year i have been in Afghanistan and now that i have got in better shape i feel great. i was 198 pounds when i first got hear and then lost to 160 pounds. Now i am on my way back up in a healthy way and it feels good. I got 3 more months to get to my goal and i hope i reach it.

I want to GAIN 10 lb

TODAY WAS A LAZY DAY, I DIDNT MAKE IT TO THE GYM BUT I WILL MAKE UP FOR IT TOMORROW. I ALSO PUT ON 5 POUNDS OF GOOD WEIGHT AND AM HAPPY WITH THAT
