Yeah, the combination keeps me shooting for goals year round. 6 mos. I train for a full and a half marathon. The other 6 mos. I work on gaining the bulk back that I lose running so much.

I'm almost done with nursing school. Every ER needs a nurse w/muscles. Security can be hard to reach sometimes.
