i got stareted in 1999 when a friend who just reclenty pastawy stareted to get huge got me in to it in 99 been doing it off and on but when he passed it was time for me to step up in comp
Why I Love It:
it makes you fill like your not the averge your just not waking up to go to work .you wake up to be strong and mentally strong for the next day
How I Stay Motivated:
i got a family so eveary time i train in the morning iknow that i got to go stright to work for the bills but i can protect threw strength love threw god and work for money.then end of day

people who i work with and know i got them stareted to train but when i take break they get all over me

this is rip zilla littin everyone no that im getting back on the trail for comp and not lookin back first im going 2 train 6 days a week year around - the sick days and bad weather like snow so roughly 340 dys a year this is the poast 2 reamember when imake it big youll b like dam i read tht keep u poasted on pics and gains holla if u hear me
