o yes, incorporated both into my cutting cycle and its working really good. cant complain when i am looking bigger than ever and dropping bodyfat at the same time :) they should be at bb.com in a week or so, shipped out to GNC and Europa and its on our website already for a really good price. take it easy bro, i'll prob. be in BR in the next few weeks to visit some friends that play foot/baseball @ LSU.
