After i had a femur fracture in my knee i gained weight and after it was healed, i i said to my self, i need to get in shape.
Why I Love It:
You feel great after a workout and you look great and you have a nice body

Think positive, only time and dedication in order to get in shape

Training is going well. I slipped up on diet yesterday but I've been eating clean for 4-5 months straight. Just gotta make sure I stay on track. Been lifting heavier. Can't wait to see what changes show in 6 weeks.
