How I Started: I used to lift in high school, then decided I was getting too big.

How I Stay Motivated: When don't work out I feel flabby (more than I am), that's what motivates me.

Today I went cheated on my diet one day early. Usaully I cheat on the weekends and my weekend doesn't start until Saturday. The cheating consisted of me eating a roast beef and cheddar from Arby's, and a quesada from Moe's. My stomach is hurting right now as im typing.  I really don't have...
