yeah german vt is a good way to get big and strong fast you do 10 sets of 10 for a certain exercise but you need to find a weight you can press strict for 10 reps rest only 1 min between sets.ive found it a good way to get gains

hey james yeah training is going good still getting the weight off so thats all good.have you tried german volume training its a good way to put on size and strength. your arms are coming along good you can see quite a difference on the new photo. keep on keepin on dude
Thicker chest and delts, solid size and definition also on triceps/biceps and forearms. Great job so far on your way back from that cut. Stay motivated because it's worth it so far. Andre
