What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am currently eating whatever since I have been starving on a ship for the past 7 months.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
A little book that I note all of the reps, sets that I do that day.
